It'd be great if there were options for $5 Amazon/eBay GC's?

Any who, my question is: Are gift cards e-mailed right away, or what's the minimum delivery estimate? 0 - 7 days, etc?

$10 is the minimum for gift card payments. It will likely not change. All gift cards are paid daily.
