Cash out

I am trying to cash out, I have enough to cash to paypal but I think the error is telling me I am not compleatly verified. How do I check to see if Im completely verified?

If you are ready to cash out,you would not see any red checkmarks in your cashout list.....
Verifications Required
You need to complete all the following verifications steps before requesting a cashout

Verify your email
Profile complete
Reach minimum cashout ($5)
Verify phone number
if they are all green,you are good to go!Dont forget to round out the funds to the nearest .01($5.99 instead of $5.9920)
