You know that each one charges your phone $20? If you are found using a prepaid it is against the law and companies can legally force us to give your info and they can still bill you.

I haven't done any of the mobile offers but my friend did 4 of them then canceled right away, I don't think he got billed either. Is that allowed?

It does state underneath the mobile offers that if a person is using a prepaid phone the fees will be deducted from their prepaid service as well so even if you are using a prepay phone you ill still have a phone that you are buying minutes for that is never useable because the company is charging you atleast $9.99 a month.
I wont do these offers because I don't want to get caught up between the cell company and the ringtones propaganda.
