Questions about the shoutbox

Hey Everyone,

I hope all is having a wonderful day. I am having trouble typing in the shout box everytime I type something and hit shout I receive a NO SPAM PLEASE message. I'm not sure why considering it was a general comment to one of the members questions and to congradulate the jackpot winners.

Do I have to be approved to work the Shoutbox? If so David or Bryan do you mind please allowing me access? It would be greatly appreciated thanks for your time.

I generally see that message occuring after you clear your cookies, or because of the browser you are using.

I left a support ticket asking for additional information on becoming a site owner myself on August 4th but I haven't received a reply. I would greatly appreciate it if you or Dan had an opportunity to give me a little extra info. The support ticket contains all of the info.
