Paypal Cashout Problem

Everything that is required is done:

Verify your email
Profile complete
Reach minimum cashout ($5)
Verify phone number

But I get the following message when I try to cashout:

The PayPal account is not in a valid format.


I also do not remember ever linking my paypal account, which might be the problem? If so, how do I link my paypal account?

make sure you round your amounts up...if it says you have 15.687 dollars you need to round it to 15.69 :)

You have to type in your paypal address in the "certificate" looking box, tambowv. :)
